We glorify God, exalt His name and give all glory and honor to His Son Jesus Christ. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under Heaven given to men by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12).
This website is for Christians who have a heart and passion for lost souls to be saved.  It is the vision of Mission: MK 16:15 Evangelism team to inspire in every Christian a God-glorifying passion to fulfill the Great Commission.

Romans 10:14 'How then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not yet heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!'

Charles Spurgeon “Have you no wish for others to be saved? then you are not saved yourself, be sure of that.”

Charles Spurgeon “If sinners will be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our bodies. And if they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees, imploring them to stay. If hell must be filled, at least let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let not one go there unwarned or unprayed for."

Oswald J. Smith  "Oh my friends, we are loaded down with countless church activities, while the real work of the Church, that of evangelizing and winning the lost, is almost entirely neglected."

Ray Comfort   "If we worship God yet ignore His command to take the gospel to every creature, then our worship is in vain. We may draw near to Him with our lips, but our hearts are far from Him."

"Hudson Taylor "The Great Commission is not an option to be considered; it is a command to be obeyed".

Charles Spurgeon “Ho, Ho, Sir Spurgeon. You are too delicate to tell the man that he is ill. You hope to heal the sick without their knowing it. You therefore flatter them, and what happens? They laugh at you; they dance upon their own graves and at last they die. Your delicacy is cruelty, your flatteries are poisons you are a murderer. Shall we keep men in a fool's paradise? Shall we lull them into soft slumber from which they will awake in hell? Are we to become helpers of their damnation by our smooth speeches? In the name of God we will not."

Every believer has been called to preach God's word, not just pastors of churches. When Christ gave the Great Commission to "Preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15), it was clear that this could be accomplished only if every Christian would actually preach the gospel!
Look on everyone that you come in contact with as those that God loves dearly because He does.  He is not willing that any should perish.  Ask God that you would have His heart and compassion.  Then humbly through the power of the Holy Spirit generously share His love and the truth of the gospel to those who are lost.
.Can you remember the last time you didn’t go to bed because people were dying without Christ?-Leonard Ravenhill

Letter from an Atheist to a Christian

If you are right about God, as you say you are, and you believe that, then how can you sleep at night? When you speak with me, you are speaking with someone who you believe is walking directly into eternal damnation, into an endless onslaught of horrendous pain, which your 'loving' god created, yet you stand by and do nothing.  If you believed one bit that thousands every day were falling into an eternal and unchangeable fate, you should be running the streets mad with rage at their blindness.  That's equivalent to standing on a street corner and watching every person that passes you walk blindly directly into the path of a bus and die, yet you stand idly by and do nothing..........Imagine the horrors hell must have in store if the Bible is true.  Are you just going to allow that to happen and not care about saving anyone but yourself? If you're right, then you are an uncaring, unemotional and purely selfish (expletive) that has no right to talk about subjects such as love and caring.
James Franz

This time the atheist is correct........

Charles Spurgeon the prince of preaches said......."If sinners will be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our bodies.  And if they perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees, imploring them to stay.  If hell must be filled, at least let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let no one go there unwarned and un-prayed for."

Scripture clearly tells us : "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation" - Mark 16:15

In the Great Commission, Jesus calls every Christian to step out in faith and spread the Good News, Wherever we go, every faithful Christian is compelled through obedience to share the Gospel. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, where has He called you to go?

Jesus is always at work on the streets. Are you?

Letter from an Unsaved Friend

My friend, I stand in judgment now, and feel that you are to blame somehow.  On earth I walked with you by day, and never did you show the way.

You knew the Savior in truth and glory, But never did you tell the story.   My knowledge then was very dim.  You could have led me safe to Him.

Though we lived together, here on earth, you never told me of the second birth. And now I stand before eternal hell because of heaven's glory you did not tell.
No Such Thing as 'the Gift of Evangelism'

By Ed Stetzer|
Christian Post Guest Columnist

Recently, I spoke at the Church of God Triennial meeting in Decatur, IL. One of the things I talked about was my belief that there is no such thing as "the gift of evangelism." Part of my concern is that I hear many people saying they don't have the "gift of evangelism" and thus believing it is not their responsibility to do evangelism (since they don't have the "gift"). And, since evangelism can be a challenge at times, that seems to be a "gift" that people don't want.

In the mid-90s, a well-known leader who created a "spiritual gifts test," told me that about 10% of people have the gift of evangelism. Yet, that number seems to be on decline. Barna recently released research saying, "Among the interesting facets of the research was that just 1% of believers claim to have the gift of evangelism (down from 4% five years ago)."

I don't think this means there is a widespread growing realization that no one has the gift of evangelism. My best guess is that it is because people are talking themselves out of their obligation to do evangelism.

I think that the current challenge of evangelism is why an increasing number of people do not think they have the gift.

Here are four proposals I made at that meeting.

1. All believers are given the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18). That is, their role is to be agents of reconciliation and share how men and women are to be redeemed and changed by the power of the gospel.

2. Timothy was called to do his work in evangelistic ways (2 Timothy 4:5) but based on the fact that all are called to present the gospel of reconciliation, it makes sense that we can heed that admonition in all our lives. Thus, I encourage pastors to do ministry in evangelistic ways, but particularly church leaders (since Timothy was a church leader). Like in 1 Timothy 3, leaders are almost always commanded to do the things believers do - just more so.

3. The church is gifted with evangelists (Eph. 4:11) who help us be faithful doing evangelism. We should talk more about the gifted people called evangelists.

4. It is unhelpful to refer to evangelism as a gift because it removes the responsibility of all believers. In other words, many think that if they don't have the gift, it is not their job. Evangelism is not a "gift," it is a call to all believers.

What do you think?

Dear Christian………….

Fact    ----------------150,000 people die in the United States everyday…………………………….. one thing is sure we are all going to die one day.

 Only so much time............

"You and I hear of sudden deaths, and yet we imagine we shall not die suddenly." - Charles Spurgeon

God has only given us a certain amount of time to be here on this planet.

Christian, are you doing everything you can while you are here to win souls for Christ? When was the last time you handed someone a gospel tract? When was the last time you had a conversation with a lost person and told them the good news of the gospel?

Someone once said that the more we see ourselves as hell-deserving sinners, the more we appreciate the fact that we are heading for an undeserved heaven. This should give us great zeal in reaching the lost in our families, our hometown, our state, our country...our world.

Look what God has done for you, Christian. He saved you from the Day of Wrath and the justice that you deserved for sinning against Him. He sent His Son to die in your place for the crimes you committed. His precious blood flowed freely so your death sentence could be commuted.

How now should you live for Him?

He said, "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation." (Mark 16:15)

We all know someone who is lost. Talk with that person today. You may be the only one who will ever share the gospel with that person.

Let love swallow your fear of witnessing. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!

10 Reasons to Share the Gospel

Why do (or, should) we take the time to verbally share the gospel with lost people? Why should we go out into the streets and preach the Word of God? Here are ten reasons Christians do/should verbally share the gospel with the lost...

1. Because we love the Lord with all of our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37) and love others as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). You will talk about what you love. And how can we claim to love others if we do not talk about Jesus with them?

2. Because we are commanded to time and time again in scripture (Matthew 28:19-20; 2 Timothy 4:2).

3. Because Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved (John 14:6; 1 Timothy 2:5; Acts 4:12).

4. Because a person cannot believe in whom they have never heard of, and they can never hear unless somebody tells them (Romans 10:14).

5. Woe are we if we do not preach the gospel (1 Corinthians 19:16).

6. Because our toil is not in vain when we are about the work of the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58).

7. Because we strive to please God, not men. (Galatians 2:20). If we keep the gospel to ourselves out of fear of what others think about us, who are we really striving to please?

8. Because God was manifest in the flesh and died for our sins (John 1:1, 3:16; Colossians 2:9). That is the most important event in human history. How can we not tell people?

9. Because evangelism drives us to our knees and forces us to totally surrender to God. We tremble at the thought of sharing the gospel (1 Corinthians 2:1-5) but God is our strength (Psalm 28:8; Philippians 4:13).

10. Because God desires all men to be saved and come to knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). If we claim we want people to become Christians, but neglect to share the gospel, we make a liar of ourselves.

Tell Someone About Jesus Today

Let your passion and concern for the lost override every fear that may try to come upon you, let the love for your neighbor consume you as you see him or her visually dying without receiving Christ and then be thrown into Hell’s fire for all eternity.

How To Overcome Fear In Evangelism

Gain Confidence With 4 Easy Steps

Anyone can overcome fear or shyness in witnessing by following a few simple steps.

Our fear of witnessing, generally, is based on focusing on ourselves instead of God and others.   We must point people to Jesus at all costs, no matter what we must let our fear be overcome by the passion (love) that has been shed abroad in our hearts as Christians by the Holy Spirit for our lost neighbors. As human beings, we are generally too preoccupied with our own image, our own needs, our own comfort to truly extend ourselves or sometimes to even care about witnessing to others. Human nature is basically very selfish.

We know that we should because we are commanded by our LORD to go out and be a faithful witness, as fishers of men but when the time comes, when opportunity presents itself, which it does all the time we find ourselves not saying anything at all. There are always opportunities to share our faith, with friends, family, co-workers, strangers etc.  Whenever it’S time,  it seems our tongue is stuck to the roof of our mouths. Have you ever experienced this? I think all Christians have at some time or another. It always seems easier to talk to God about man than to talk to man about God.  A lot of people are more concerned about people rejecting them or them offending someone’S feelings so they decide it is better not to say anything. Knowing that the Bible teaches that if someone dies without receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior they will go into eternal Hell fire, this is unthinkable that someone would do that. When people do not share their faith what they actually are saying is that I know that my telling them might give them a fighting chance because at least they will know the truth, but I will still remain quiet because I prefer their soul to spend eternity in Hell, rather than face rejection or have someone be upset or not speak to me. I might even loose a close friend by telling them about the Gospel.   It sounds very unrealistic and very harsh that someone who calls themselves a Christian could think or be this way,  but in essence it is reality. Bill Bright,  from Campus Crusade for Christ  says that only 2% of Christians share their faith.

So, how can we overcome fear and walk in obedience to the Great Commission commanded to all Christians by Jesus Christ,  as well as love our neighbors as we love ourselves in sharing the Good News of the Gospel? Beyond praying about it, are there some things that we can physically do, in order to help us with our shyness or fear? Let's take a look...

Prayer Overcomes Fear

The first step to overcome fear is to pray.
"God has not given us the spirit of fear" – 2ND Timothy 1:7

 Also Read Acts 18:9-11
One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: "Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city." So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God.

God Is With You!! You are not alone!!

In Matthew 28, Jesus says that He will be with us to the end of the age, as well as He has assured us that He will never leave us or forsake us.    We should draw great comfort from this knowledge.

Pray, trust and know that God will lead you to people who need to hear the message of the Gospel. Know that God will never ask you to do anything that He has not equipped you to do.

Study The Word

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that neediest not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.( 2ND Timothy 2:15)

One of the biggest fears that people have about witnessing is making mistakes or not having answers to people's questions, therefore, they feel they will look foolish or stupid.   They don’T feel confident in sharing their faith, because they have not studied. By studying it will give the confidence that you need because you will have the knowledge, the bible tells us as Christians to always be prepared give an answer for the hope that we have.

a) Know that you will be asked something that you don't have an answer for. No one has all the answers, except God himself. Be honest! You are human! People will respect you for telling them that you don't know. This actually gives you a starting point for further study. Learn something new by finding the answer to their question in the Bible as well as other literature on how to witness to other people of different religions, if you could not answer a questions or more than one make a note for yourself of the question they asked to find the answer so the next time you will know.

B) Become a student of God's Word, and other helpful witnessing tools.  The Holy Spirit will bring scriptures and other witnessing tools back to mind when you need them. Take an apologetics or evangelism class on how to defend your faith. Read literature and gain knowledge on the background of other religions then study on how to witness to those from other beliefs and religions, this will help you to plant seeds of truth that will poke holes into someone’S faith, the Holy Spirit when you have studied will bring back the answers you need to help you be an effective witness.

Luke 21:14-15 - Don't worry about what you will say. God will bring to mind what needs to be said.

Remember Isaiah 55:11 God's Word will not go out and come back void. It will always achieve its purpose. The scriptures tell us that when we share something from God's Word, we are either planting seeds, watering seeds, or God is reaping a harvest. Start trying to recognize what role you are playing when you are sharing the Gospel.

As a result of knowing these things, we should...

Have A Positive Attitude

Believe that those that God has chosen will be saved, by seeds of the Gospel being planted.   Know that when you plant all have received, by them either rejecting the truth of the Gospel or receiving the truth of the Gospel.

This one small shift in your way of thinking will give you more confidence than anything else. Know that it is God's desire that man would come to repentance and be saved. For those that he has chosen the Holy Spirit is working in the other person's life to draw them to the Lord.

Serve Others

Don't let your fear defeat you.

We can imagine all kinds of problems or objections that people may have. We don't like to feel rejection.

To overcome fear: Don't think about yourself when you are witnessing. Think about God and your neighbor. Help them to get to know the one true God.

If you approach every opportunity with a servant attitude, fear will begin to disappear. You are serving your family, friends, coworkers and people on the street, by telling them the truth about a loving God who wants a relationship with them, through His Son Jesus Christ.  You are actually looking out for their well-being and loving them by talking to them about Jesus.

So what is there to be afraid of?

This video shows the result of TRUE Evangelism

Christian are you: Rescuing the perishing?
150,000 people die every 24 hours—most without the Savior. By the time you have read this several people would have died. Because of this statistic we are deeply concerned that so few Christians reach out to the lost. Also a poll done revealed that only 5% of professing Christians share their faith. One of the most common reasons for this is that many don’t feel equipped, so they are very feaful of what to say. As an evangelism team, our sole purpose is to inspire and equip Christians—to teach them how to share the gospel simply, effectively, biblically . . . the way Jesus did
It is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. (Romans 1:16)
Without repentance, a man cannot be saved
John talks with this young man at the Ultra Music Festival. He claims to be a Christian but still loves the things of the world, like drinking and partying. John lets him know that he cannot love God and love the world (1st John 2:15 ).
